Fail Safe Filling - Field Proven

Tighter European emission limits for heavy duty vehicles have strongly increased the demand for AdBlue® filling stations. However, AdBlue® can literally destroy filling equipment, as it is highly corrosive, temperature sensitive and crystallises in contact with air. Minor impurities can easily damage the expensive truck catalytic system.
The modular SK700-II AdBlue® range is uniquely designed and field proven to meet the rigorous demands of AdBlue® filling. It will fit seamlessly with the rest of the solutions and systems on your forecourt.

Fail Safe
The pressure delivery system avoids crystallisation, the dispenser hydraulics are corrosion proof, while automatic heating and a smart door prevents freezing. The SK700-II AdBlue® ensures maximum uptime and damage free filling.

Proven
AdBlue® freezes at -11˚C. SK700-II AdBlue® installations have continuously performed in Finland at temperatures as low as -25˚C.

Design Matters
AdBlue® when not being regularly distributed, and if in contact with oxygen, can crystalise. The SK700-II AdBlue® incorporates a stainless steel Coriolis meter. The most advanced metering system in the petroleum industry, the Coriolis meter has no moving parts ensuring that unlike traditional meters it will not block, maximising uptime.

Advanced Design

The SK700-II AdBlue® range incorporates the petroleum industry’s most advanced measurement, the Coriolis metering system.
Engineered with the highest-quality stainless steel components and pressure fittings the Coriolis meter in the SK700-II is corrosion proof. The robust design is furthermore resistant to water hammer effect avoiding the gear damage traditionally associated with piston meters.
The field proven SK700-II ensures maximum uptime and the Coriolis meter, without any moving parts, has no drift reducing the total cost of ownership.

Fool Proof Solution

During the winter time the hose and nozzle need protection against extreme cold. Special attention has been given to the door for the nozzle.
Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s door mechanism is simple and allows hose pull in either direction. Its fail safe system guarantees the door will be left in closed condition when the filling cycle has been completed.
The door mechanism is also very compact, with no unnecessary gaps to cause heat to escape, which in turn limits the power consumption needs of the heaters.
